Introduction

Metropolitan University is the 3rd private of Sylhet district. The Metropolitan University came into being on 3rd May 2003 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, engineered the idea of floating the Metropolitan University with the assistance of a few of his close friends. It is situated at 7th floor, Al-Hamra, Zindabazar, Sylhet. It is doing great to provide quality education.

Department of Law offers four years long Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and two years long Masters in Law. The courses offered are designed to equip the students adequately to be able to sit for the Bangladesh Bar Council Examination.
